Wedding bells ring-ding-dingeling. When one of your best friends tells you that he is in love with a Turkish girl and wants to marry her, you can only be happy for them and make a ‘small’ dance! But hey, I was so happy for me as well ;-).
Knowing you are going to be witnessing a once in a lifetime fairytale wedding, you have to find a dress…. I love parties where I need to buy a special outfit for. But my-o-my, it was such a challenge as you can not wear brides white or creme (colors I truly love for dresses). Lucky me, after hours of searching, I found this perfect red dress and white heels. The outfit was missing only one thing -the perfect accessory- ; my love. Totally matching don’t you think?
The wedding was held at Çubuklu 29, located on the waterfront in Çubuklu on the Asian side of Istanbul. Such a dreamy location, with a spectaculair view on the water and the European shoreline. Imagine firework after sunset, watching the ‘I do’ part of the ceremony……. yes, dreamy!
